Math 293, 294 from before fall of 1996
Note. The syllabi for math 293 and math 294 just got changed this fall. For example, math
294 is still on the old syllabus and has about a 70% overlap with math 293 as it is now being taught
(although the order is scrambled).
So, when you look at these courses you should be aware of the total re-organization.
Also, there is quite a bit of variety from one semester to the next just due to the personality and/or
mood of the faculty and TAs involved in the class.
There is probably something to be learned from looking at these old pages, but a quick glance at
them will probably not be of much use.
