  Some minor text book errors:

1) pg 14 just after the table.  The value of g  in the table is actually
   more accurate than the value just after the table.  The value  in the 
   table is off by about 1% the value after the table is off by  a factor of 100.

2) The symbol for infinity has been mistyped as the symbol for multiplication
   (a fine straight-lined X) in three places.
