Coverage and format:

The test covers through TF14.2 and emphasizes material
since the previous prelim.  There will likely also be
a problem on phase plane or a suchlike topic not
covered on the previous prelim.

Solutions for homework 12 (by Allan Willms) will be
passed out in lecture on Wednesday 11/20/96.
